Led by Choi Seunghyun, they are the prime weapons supplier to various organized crime groups worldwide and battle the Black Vipers for dominance in Seoul’s drug market; with their operation based in docks and warehouses located in the western half of the city, they use retail and shipping companies as cover-ups for their less than innocent dealings. The Crests maintain control of the West, and have done so for years, but now seek to expand their power and thus, engage in an all-out war with both the Black Vipers and the Seoul Police Department.
