Street smarts unrivaled. The Black Vipers. Led by Kim Jonghyun, this group runs one of the largest continental prostitution rings in the world, their power and influence expanding more and more with each passing day. Within Seoul, they compete with the Red Crest Mafia for control of the city’s drug market. As a means to mask their illegal dealings, the Vipers run some of Seoul’s most frequented night and strip clubs, the establishments’ reputations attracting patrons from across the globe. The Vipers control the eastern half of Seoul and normally opt to stay in their territory, but in an effort to stop the Crests from usurping their share and keep the Seoul Police Department out of their business, they’ve willingly gone to war with both groups for control over the city.
